Instructions:

1. Create a new project called PictureEditor
2. Import the files from Lab 12 Picture Editor. The program you will have imported displays a picture in a picture box and then continually asks the user what to do to the picture.
3. Edit the file Main to do the following
1. Add the appropriate code that changes the picture to monochrome
2. Add the appropriate code that changes the picture, somehow. Choices include woodcut, negative, etc.
